Delivery Information
1. Where we deliver
Orders are placed through our online shop at minoiko.gr/eshop.html. We deliver within Greece only. Depending on your location and order, delivery is made via BOX NOW, ELTA Courier or Spourgitis Trans (freight). Courier delivery is charged at €3,90 and is free on orders over €70,00; you may also collect your order from the mill in Lagouta at no charge.
2. Timeframes
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within a few business days. Estimated delivery times and any cut-off for same-day dispatch are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and the carrier. Public holidays and peak periods may add time.
3. Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders of €70 or more. For orders below €70, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your order and destination. Deliveries outside Crete may be charged at a different rate.
4. Tracking your order
Where tracking is available, you will receive the relevant details by email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Problems with delivery
