2. What we collect
- Contact & enquiry data — name, email, phone and message when you use our contact or B2B forms.
- Order data — when you place an order in our shop we process your name, email, phone, delivery address and the contents of your order so that we can confirm, prepare and deliver it, and keep the records the law requires of us.
- Technical data — basic information your browser sends (e.g. IP address, device/browser type) and, where enabled, analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How and why we use it
We use your data to respond to enquiries, manage business (B2B) requests, operate and secure the Website, and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract or steps at your request, our legitimate interests in running our business, and compliance with the law.
4. Sharing & retention
We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email, and — for purchases — the shop platform, payment and delivery providers), and with authorities where required by law. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax records).
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
