1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the website minoiko.gr (the “Website”) and, together with any terms shown at checkout, orders placed through our online shop. By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Use of the website
The Website presents our brand and products for information purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse its content, or infringe the rights of others.
3. Products, pricing & orders
Purchases are completed through our online shop. Product descriptions, availability and prices (including applicable VAT) are shown there and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate information; obvious errors do not bind us. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a sales contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email. Payment is by bank transfer or IRIS to the account shown in that confirmation, and we dispatch once the payment has reached us.
Delivery, returns and refunds are described in our Delivery Information and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and include card payment, bank transfer, PayPal and IRIS. Cash on delivery is not available. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, photography, video, logos and the Minoiko name and marks — is owned by Minoiko or used with permission and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.
5. Liability
The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from its use, or for temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies. For any questions, contact us at minoiko@minoiko.gr or +30 28910 91270.
